Laurie is a Professional Engineer (C.Eng MIET) and a member of the Chartered Institute or Marketing (MCIM) educated to MBA level with a proven track record of process improvement and bringing about organisational change in a customer facing support role. Capable of building and leading high performance teams and then continuing to coach and mentor them. An innovative problem solver who works well with other global stakeholders with key skills in:  Process Improvement, Rationalisation, Mentoring, Organisation, Planning, Delegation, Team Building and Automation.

Worked in a FTSE 100 Blue Chip organisation before going On-Line.
